Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on the 3rd of September, 1976 in the United States is an actress. Her most well-known roles include her roles as Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she played the regular character of Daphne during the second season of HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a degree of Bachelor of Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She started her career as a teacher with the school in Maury County teaching Reading to kindergarten and the 1st grade. Brent Jones was her UT Martin lover. They then moved to Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught the 4th grade. In 1999-2000, she taught and completed her masters in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She left the classroom in 2000, when the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley has been spending the past 15 years focused on the growth of children of her congregation as well as in her community. She has also served in a variety of roles. Ashley is director of the Preschool Ministry as well as in the Student Ministry for over 13 years. When Ashley was at home with her kids, they went through three years in homeschooling. In their time of homeschooling, the kids attended a home school tutorial in which Ashley also taught History up to the 1st grade. God said to her that even though she enjoyed homeschooling as well as being with children, the family needed to return to full time school. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor a GCA graduated plays baseball at UTMartin. Callan is a GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family who enjoys fishing, hunting and cheering each other on in their favourite sports and games.
